Prior to joining Alaris Equity Partners, Mr. Lebel served as the Founder and Managing Partner of Rowanwood Equity in Toronto. Notably, he spent over a decade at Birch Hill Equity Partners, where he held key positions including Partner and investment committee member. His extensive portfolio includes board positions at Midland Appliance, Morningside Capital, Sherweb’s advisory board, among others. Throughout his career journey encompassing various sectors like IT solutions, software development, logistics services, manufacturing industries and more – Felix has demonstrated exceptional prowess in driving strategic investments and fostering growth within organizations.
With an academic background from McGill University coupled with being a CFA charterholder showcases Mr. Lebel’s strong foundation and expertise in finance and investment banking spheres. His professional journey also includes

roles at EdgeStone Capital Partners and CIBC World Markets where he played pivotal roles in significant M&A transactions.
Alaris Equity Partners operates through its subsidiaries by providing alternative financing solutions to private businesses in exchange for royalties or distributions from these entities.
