His Majesty King Charles III visits Apple’s U.K. headquarters

King Charles III paid a special visit to Apple’s U.K. headquarters located at Battersea Power Station in London on December 12. During his visit, the King met with Apple employees, members of the British creative community, and students who have benefited from educational programs supported by Apple and The King’s Trust, a U.K.-based nonprofit.

The Battersea Power Station has been serving as Apple’s U.K. headquarters since 2023, and team members from all over the country warmly welcomed the King to the historic location. To commemorate the event, children from St. George’s Primary School created holiday artwork on iPads, which was then displayed on the power station’s iconic chimneys. Apple CEO Tim Cook also joined King Charles in welcoming the local community to a special holiday concert featuring British musician RAYE.

Cook expressed Apple’s pride in supporting The King’s Trust and its efforts in educating and empowering young people. He emphasized Apple’s commitment to continued growth in the U.K., building upon over 40 years of history in the country.
